Umba is a Shona name which means to Create, hence the name means Create!

We offer Consulting services to our members. The consultant services are tailor made for specific members after an evaluation of our member’s business model. We also offer training services for our members after they have successfully completed a need evaluation form, hence our training is also tailor made.

The boardroom is accessible to all members; all they need to do is just book when their meetings will be so that members do not clash. However, for non members they can also use our boardroom for $3 per hour..

An anchor tenant is a member who is running an independent business with only business support services as per his/her own requirement, and their contract as per their discretion while the hub zone member is under the incubation program which runs only for three months during which time their business is being closely monitored and are required for intensive business training models which needs adherence.

Yes we offer unlimited wifi, and it is fast.

Payment can be done in the form of cash, eco cash or bank transfer. You can do Online Payments on PayNow. All you need to do is confirm our Account with the Information Desk

Once a member has paid for the month, they get a fixed spot they can use, and no one else can use their space and workstation.

For now we are located only at Eastgate, however we can always expand to establishing another incubation centre.
